What Causes Severe Nausea Post Hip Replacement?

Patient reports severe nausea following hip replacement. cocktail of drugs include aspirin,lava on,melodic am,paracetamol,buprenorphine,and tramadol Operation seven days ago. Can patient safely drop pantoprazole and/or melodic am? Email. Lumsdon@ ncable.net.au

I have understand your concern

tramadol is the opiod drug controls pain well but nausea is the documented side effect

if you stop that , nausea ll get reduces
as pt is on asprin ,it is known to cause gastric ulcers , better to continue pantoprazole
