Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Drink plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration. You need to drink more than usual to replace the fluids lost from vomiting.
-Take paracetamol for any fever or aches and pains.
-Get plenty of rest.
-Eat fiber rich diet

Hope my answer was helpful. If you have any other question I’ll be glad to help.
Regards,
