What Causes Severe Muscle Spasms In The Fingers While Having Fibromyalgia?

I began Incruse inhaler 12 days ago, added to Breo which I have been taking for 8 months, in an effort to reduce extreme mucous. I am a 62 year old female severe fibromyalgia but no other health issues. All other vitals are outstanding nding for my age and (over)weight. Yesterday and today I ve had severe muscle spasms/cramps in my fingers. ; very sharp pains, when using my hands for things that don t take exertion, such as turning on a turn signal when driving. I m also retaining a lot of fluids, but not as concerned about that. Could Incruse be causing this?

Hi,

Vitamin D and B12 levels in blood should be checked as deficiency of these also can give such symptoms. In that case taking supplements of those will be helpful. Cardio exercises and warm showers also will be helpful. I would also suggest taking Pregabalin daily at night if no improvement.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
