General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic for your health concern

Your symptoms are suggestive of Peripheral secular disease. Atherosclerotic plaques in blood vessels supplying the legs cause pain on walking, standing, climbing stairs etc.
Doppler studies to assess the blood flow to the legs,Xray hip and knee(to rule out joint problems) are needed at this point.
Please be advised to follow up with your primary care provider for further evaluation and management.
Meanwhile follow a healthy diet to maintain normal lipid profile and blood sugar levels.Quit smoking if you do so. Management of Peripheral vascular disease require maintaining normal cholesterol and sugar level, aspirin, cilastazol therapy, graded exercise regime and surgery if medical therapy fails.

Hope this answers your questions
