What Causes Severe Muscle Pain In The Ankle, feet And Arms?

I have been suffering with sever muscle aches for over a year now. The pads of my feet ankles legs and arms. I have been checked for arthritis but that s not it. The pain seems to be getting worse. Barely can walk it s so painful. It gets worse with exertion. I thought maybe it was coming from my thyroid but had it removed and numbers are good. Endo told mr to drink more water. Did that doesn t help. I m really getting scared. Years ago they told me I might have ms but did a spinal and ruled it out but is that a definite way to be sure?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such pain condition could be nonspecific may not be having any particular illness, it can be managed with NSAID for the time being but I personally wont advise for this instead try to bear the pain as hard as you could, do some aerobic exercise, drink more water, stay away from the stress and stop worrying hope this information helps.
