What Causes Severe Muscle Cramps In The Lower Back And Right Ulnar Area?
I recently began having intermittent intense muscle aches in various parts of my body. The first one was in my lower back. It lasted about two weeks then moved to one side of my upper back. It felt like flu aches. This lasted about three days. Then after a few days of no pain it occurred again in my right ulnar area of my arm. It lasted about three days. I sit all day on my job and initially thought it might be from stress on my back or lack of motion. After it moved to my lower arm I m now confused.
