What Causes Severe Mood Swings And Cramps?
I started having extreme cramping a year ago and it has intensified every month since then. It starts a couple of days before my period and lasts for a week plus. Lately I started becoming sick and throwing up during this period and it makes my migraine worse and I have strong mood swings. Midol and pain killers arent helping anymore. I was thinking about going to the doctor. But I m not sure if I can take birth control because when my mom was a kid she almost died from birth control thinning out her lining too much. So I m not sure if I would be able to take it or not.

do you have any vaginal discharge?
if yes is it thick and foul smelling?
it's colour?
when was your last period?
during urination does it give you a burning sensation?
you can try tablet vasograin and tablet stemetil MD till then to help you with migraine and throwing up.
