What Causes Severe Migraine Post An Induced Abortion?

I am 23 year old ,my period was stopped 45 day + , I do not take the issues , so that I use MT pill for destroy the infent. after taking MT pill it has gone 8 days. now my problem is ex-trim headek / mograin in meedle portion of the head. I sue cyclopam tablets..... I can ton understand when it will stopped. plz help me

Thanks for the query.
The symptoms are consistent with common causes like migraine or tension headache, as a first line management you can try analgesics like aceclofenac or tramadol for pain relief.
If symptoms persist, bettet to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intra cranial (inside the brain) causes.
