What Causes Severe Migraine After A Concussion?

I had a severe concussion two years, it swelled enough that the lump was bleeding from the pores, a CT scan showed no fracture. two years later I get severe pain in the spot I fell on, especially if I am out in the cold. my migraines are more constant and severe than before ( I have had them since I was 5). i feel like my concentration and memory has also been affected since the fall

Hello,

It is due to minor contusion and injury to brain parenchyma. It will take two to three weeks for complete recovery.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.
