Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have low back ache and urge to pass urine frequently, and hematuria .

This is mostly due to impacted stone in intra mural part of the ureter..

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get your ultrasound scanning done to confirm the diagnosis.

Further treatment will depend upon the radiological findings .

In the mean whil take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefexine and pain killers like Cyclopam along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Ensure to drink more water. To keep your urine dilute and will help to pass the stone down in to bladder and urethra .
