What Causes Severe Lower Abdominal Pain?
I have been having pain in the lower part of my stomach for the last two days. it comes about every 30 minutes and when the pain hits me it feels like I have to throw up. If I sneeze it hurts worse. Do you think it s gas or could it be something else? I have also taken gas pills but they are not helping.

I really appreciate your concern, lower abdomen pain may be due to many pathological possibilities and some time this could be due to age and gender also, here in absence of this information this could be due to some renal colic, intestinal infection, and this can be managed on tentative basis and best would be "Tab Acetaminophen Dicyclomine and Domperidone" but it may need some investigations, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
