What Causes Severe Lower Abdominal Pain Along With Painful Urination?

hi im sam 19 yrs old i have unprotected sex with my boyfriend he didn t loose the sperm inside .but he feels like he loose inside .after that my periods comes on time and now after more than 1 month i have a lots of pain in uterus and also having pain when urine comes out should i pregnant pls help me?

Hi,

If you had your periods on time, then you need not to worry about being pregnant. But I will suggest you to rule out pregnancy with a pregnancy test.

The possibility in my point of view is of urinary tract infection. I would suggest you to get the urine test with culture to come up with the proper diagnosis and treatment.

If I were your treating Doctor, I would prescribe Nitrofurantoin 100 mg orally. Along with that I would recommend you to take ample amount of fluids and Syp. Citralka.
