General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.
Sorry to hear about your accident. So far as your question is concerned. Pain in the tissues after trauma is quite usual. If your XRAYs are clear then pain may be due to trauma to the ligaments/muscles or nerves. In these cases, all you need to do is to take rest for one or two weeks. All will settle on itself. If you need , you may consider visiting your primary physician to get a prescription of pain killers if pain killers are not available over-the-counter in your country. Wishing you best of health. Regards
