What Causes Severe Left-sided Hand Swelling And Loss Of Balance?

Hi, My husband is progressively get wore with weakness on the left side of his body. One main thing I have noticed is that his left hand also gets extremely swollen and has even broken some blood vessels. His posture has has change dramatically, and he sometimes appears to lose concentration. Balance is poor.

you need to ask for ambulance to send him to nearest hospital urgently
