What Causes Severe Left Sided Body Despite Taking Tramadol After A Injury?
4 days ago I fell and hit the grround really hard, twisting my foot (hitting) my head and left breast really Hard. I have been in so much pain in left side, neck When I try try to move it is so painful. Been to Dr and she said I have probably fracked a rib and gave tramadol prescription. I Have to sit up to no be comfortable but can t get up.

try using chest belt... it will give some comfort... it takes some weeks for you to be normal.... the medication she has given is enough for the pain... try to add chest belt
