What Causes Severe Knee Pain While On Glucosamine?
Hi, I started take big glucosamine and confronting for my joints 2 weeks ago. Since thenmy knees have been very painful, sometimes waking me up in the middle dale of the night. I walk 2-3 miles a day trying to get my weight down. Can these meds be causing the pain?

Ideally, glucosamine helps in knee pain but if pain is because severe osteoporosis then it won’t help much. You should do restricted physical activity and consult a orthopedist for knee replacement.
