What Causes Severe Knee, Hip And Shoulder Pain?

i have severe pain in both knees left hip and occasional right shoulder also low to md bakk the pain in the joint feels like pressure and then there is muscle ches and cramping at times i limp and get a grabbing back pain i wake up in pain then the symptoms lessen during the day the symptoms retun at night sometimes so severe i cannot walk what is this
