General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Unfortunately, sometimes, the use of Levofloxacin or Fluor-quinolones is associated with joint inflammation and pain. If the cause is really Levofloxacin, the pain will disappear from the 3rd day of taking the last dose.

If it will persist, should consult further with rheumatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wish you fast recovery.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
