General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Generalized itching, enlarged lymph nodes, and intussusception are concerning for lymphoma and HIV infection. Lymph node biopsy, CT abdomen, HIV testing, chest X-ray, complete blood count and complete metabolic profile are needed investigations at this point. Please be advised to discuss these possibilities with your treating physician.

Regards
Dr. Lekshmi
