General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

The most likely cause is moisture and a damp surrounding probably due to the accumulation of sweat through the day resulting in thriving of yeast resulting in the itching and discoloration. I recommend staying in a well ventilated room at all times, using a talcum powder in the region, carry a change of innerwear especially when the one you are wearing gets wet and using an anti-fungal in the region like clotrimazole, twice daily for 2 months at least.

Best wishes.
