Hi I am 45 I have not been sexually active for months I continually have a bit of itching in the vagina area near the rear end... I looked in the mirror and the whole inside[ of the virgin vagina opening is white.,,, what could this be... There are a free spots of white on the outer area but primarily on the vaginal itself

I really appreciate your concern, fungal infection is very likely condition and it can be given try with Miconazole cream, care need to be taken for hygiene, you can even wait for some time and keep the area very much clean and it will be fine without the medicine hope this information helps.
