What Causes Severe Intermittent Pain In Abdomen Post Cholecystectomy?

I had a gallbladder operation back in July 2015 after that I have started having some kind of attacks in my stomach or liver not sure witch one. But the pain is so bad from a scale from 1 to 10 its a 10 it hurts so bad it paralyzes my body and I can t function until it passes which only lasted about a few minutes. What could possibly be wrong?
