What Causes Severe Hip Pain Post Sacroiliac Joint Injection?

I am 67 and have severe hip pain. The doc says i have a displaced left hip but x-rays and MRI show the labrum is not damaged. The pain started in March after getting an SI joint injection. Now the hip pain hurts more than the back. what is going on here?

Hi,

It can be infection in deep tissue anywhere near, if you have fever then it is more supportive, MRI is supportive in diagnosis and therapy [healing by traditional Indian methods also seems to be beneficial.
