What Causes Severe Headaches On The Left Side?
my left side of my head keeps pounding. I never get headaches but wont stop. I have a brain aneurysm on the right side that is behind my rt. eye. it is large 12 . why is my head pounding. I do have a sinus infection and taking Bactrim. my head does not hurt but is it my heart, sinus, or what. I am 68 yrs old.

I appreciate your concern, if this is the brain lesion is there then it could be the cause of head symptoms, if this is not the cause then such headache could be due to migraine and it is the most common cause can be thought as such you have brain lesion then it is most advisable to discus the headache or symptoms with neurosurgeon for better advise, try to come out of the stress hope this information helps.
