General & Family Physician, Dr. Juna Luzi's Response
Hi dear, neck muscles can be strained from forced postures, such as long time standing on your PC. Take some pain killers , such as ibuprofen 400 mg twice per day, and keep your pain warm. If the pain is associated by numbness or loss of strength in arms/hands, seek medical care!
