What Causes Severe Headaches From The Crown Of Head To Neck?

for about two weeks now I have real bad headaches from my neck to the crown of my head and sometimes when I just move my head from one side or the other a very sharp pain runs through and hurts so much from my ears to neck. what the heck. this is so bad.

Hi dear, neck muscles can be strained from forced postures, such as long time standing on your PC.
Take some pain killers , such as ibuprofen 400 mg twice per day, and keep your pain warm.
If the pain is associated by numbness or loss of strength in arms/hands, seek medical care!
