What Causes Severe Headaches And Dizziness In A Hypoglycemic And Hypotension Person?

I have suffered from headaches since I was a child. I ve been given several different diagnoses of possible reasons. I get dizzy spells with varying frequency and severity. I ve been diagnosed as hypoglycemic and as having hypotension so I m careful about having snacks evey couple hours and not standing too suddenly, but it hasn t seemed to help much. what else could be causing the headaches and dizziness?
