What Causes Severe Headaches And Dizziness After An Injury?

I am a 27 year old female. 145lbs and 5ft 4in. I slip and fell on sunday on my buttocks not from no significant height and from since then i have been having really bad headaches. i did not hit my head. AFter i fell i got an instant headache and felt dizzy. The headaches comes and goes and gets worst with light, and noise.

the headache may be due to spinal injury.. plz go and do x ray of spine .. sometime dizziness may cause due to lower blood sugar level that might be the coz of ur fall. so rule out that too.
