What Causes Severe Headaches And Depression?

Hey . I have severe headaches and feel ill most of the days and I m getting worried now because I don t feel normal and I feel lazy and I don t want to do nothing . I feel depressed at times and I start crying for no reason . Can you please help me . Thank you

If a patient with these kind of complaints come to me and the complaints are for only a couple of days then I advise him/her to do relaxation exercise, have a better daily routine, go for walk and have some leisure time. But if the symptoms are severe or are present for longer duration and not getting relieved with the above measures then I usually start that person with selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs)
