What Causes Severe Headaches After A Mild Concussion?

On January 10, 2017, I slipped on the ice and bumped my head. I went to the emergency room and found out I had mild concussion. Every few weeks I have a very slight but painful headache. The last few days I ve noticed excessive sweating and wondered if it has to do with the mild concussion? About a month ago, early one morning I had severe stomach pain and threw up several times, is that part of the concussion?
