General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

A headache that is in front of the head and increases with bending forward is typically caused by sinusitis. This is most of the follows a flue or stiff nose. We need to get an X-ray of the face to see sinusitis.

once confirmed, treatment is with painkiller and antibiotics. It's important to rule out raised pressure in the skull. So get to your doctor and in the hope, it would be sorted out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
