What Causes Severe Headache With Joint Pains And Bruises?

Hi my grandma woke up with a severe headache ( the worst shes ever had) bruises all over her feet and severe joint pain. She can not lift her arms above her head and has severe neck pain. She is going to urgent care in the morning. I was wondering what it could be this started 5 days ago and she is just now telling us about it. She lives by herself in the middle of nowhere. there are many causes of severe headache like subarachinoid hemmorrhage , bleeding after head injury, tumor etc. your grandma can have any of it. i would suggest you to get a MRI brain of her.
