What Causes Severe Headache During A Viral Fever?
Hi, I m worried about my daughter. Took her to the dr. this morning and they said she has a virus but she has never acted like this before. Her main symptoms is a bad headache that medicine does not seem to be touching right now and fever. She has only had this since yesterday so I guess I just need to let it run its course? Just don t know at what point I need to go to the ER etc.?

I went through the history your daughter is having severe headache with viral fever. Usually headache is a part of many viral fevers and this will respond to use of analgesic tablets. If the headache is very severe and if there are symptoms like vomiting, stiffness of neck need to consult your ER doctor to rule out meningitis.
