Hello , Welcome to healthcaremagic.com and thanks for sharing your concern with us . Here I would like to tell you first that bullous pemphigoid is a chronic inflammatory, autoimmune condition which needs treatment from 6 to 60 months depending on the severity of the condition . And then the disease goes in to remission in most of the cases for long term . As far as your medicines are concerned so dosage are fine and the treatment can be stopped as you get remission which vary among different individuals from 6 to 60 months . Hair loss is not commonly seen in BP . Weight loss and hair loss are side effects of medicines . You should inform your healthcare providers about your side effects . Best Regards , DR.S.TOMAR
