What Causes Severe Hair Loss And Frequent Headache?

Experiencing hair loss from almost a year, wanna know is this telogen effluvium or MPB, I m confused because I belong from a very poor family, I m stressed and depressed from 1 and half year and constant headache , I think it s been a year since I ve eaten any fruits or drink milk properly and was sick before 2 year, just wanna know is their any chance for me to not get bald , I was taking MTD for MB leprosy 2 year

Hi.
As per your case history you are having telogen effluvium.
My treatment advice is -
1. Take good nutritious diet full of green leafy vegetables and milk.
2. Take an iron supplement and vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 3 months.
3. Apply a mild topical steroid lotion like beclomethasone lotion once daily for 3 months.
4. Other treatment options are oral vitamin d3, mesotherapy done by a dermatologist.
