What Causes Severe Hair Loss Along With Itchy Scalp And Dandruff?

sir i have been loss my hair since 5 years,now my hair is very thin condition,some time i suffer from dandruff also in that time my scalp is itching visible flacks around my hair and. i dont have bald family background.some areas in my scalp appears in bald patches like sides and top of my head, i have use many products for hair loss and dandruff but no use ,please suggest me what i do

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that the bald patches along with white flakes and visible dandruff seems to be due to Seborrheic Dermatitis and the most common cause for it is fungal infection..
While other causes can be stress, genetics etc..
Hairloss occurs due to damage to hair follicles with dandruff..
I would suggest you to consult a Trichologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like microscopic examination of the flakes can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
You can be advised to apply Shampoo containing Ketoconazole, coal tar, salicylic acid,zinc, selenium, sulfides etc..
You should massage the scalp with steroid lotion..
Keep the scalp dry and clean..
Apply 5% Minoxidil lotion over the scalp as it helps in reducing hairfall..
Take multivitamin supplements..
