What Causes Severe Gastritis And Stomach Pain After Lower Back Injury?

I slipped from the top of icy stairs and hit my tailbone and back hard with loud cracking heard from witnesses. I can not poop and it made me vety sick to my stomach with lots of gastritis like symptoms ..the pain is worst pain ever. Should i see a doc. I have had some small bm . Happened monday.

Yes, you should see a doctor for assessment. If a crack was heard and you are still in significant pain then it is possible that there may be a fracture.

An xray would be needed.
Your doctor can also prescribe pain medication to help you.

Intense pain can sometimes be associated with nausea and vomiting.
