What Causes Severe Gastritis And Bloating?

I have gastritis and still feel bloated but now its hurting everytime I take a breath and I have an even sharper pain on my right side rib...is this all from the gastritis or something else? I'm taking Nexium for the gastritis but it seems to not be helping anything
