What Causes Severe Gastritis Along With Headaches And Profuse Sweating?

I am 60yr by age ,from several years iam suffering with gastric problem -gas ,poor digestion, acidity, Some times after taking creamy things such as pastry etc vomiting is there ,some times frothy and sticky fluid comes several times, some times there is gastric pain ,and have to take normaxine etc ,i am taking pantocid -40mg from several years.i often suffer with head ach low pressure ,mostly sudden profuse sweating at any time during day in winter or summer

Hello,

It may be due to acute exacerbation of chronic gastritis with hypoglycemia. For that you may require investigation blood sugar level, upper GI endoscopy after gastroenterologist consultation. You can take tablet Pantoprazole and syp Mucaine gel after consultation.

Along with that avoid hot and spicy foods. Keep your self hydrated. Do regular exercise for 30 to 40 mins daily like brisk walking. Take a balanced diet.
