What Causes Severe Feet Pain, Especially After Sitting For A Long Time?

i am having problems with the bones on the top of my feet hurting so badly it feels like they are goig to break. mostly in the morning but anytime i sit for long periods of time and stand up. it is very hard to move at first. what could this be caused by and what can i do to help it?

You have not mentioned which joints are hurting you and since how long. What is your age? Any family history of joint pains. Any relation to foods. However it seems that as it improves with activity there are likely chances of Rheumatoid origin. You can visit a rheumatologist for further evaluation. Hope it helped.
