What Causes Severe Fatigue?

I have MS. Lately my fatigue levels exceeds that of ms fatigue In the past I have had two separate instances of tic borne disease with similar symptoms. It is not currently tic season where I live. I also do not recall any tic bites within the last six months. Lethargic for last 6 weeks. Sleeping weel 10-12 hours. Loosing my mind!

From the symptoms and information you provided, It does look like your fatigue is due to MS only.
I would suggest visiting your doctor and consult with him. A thorough examination can find any other cause if present.
