What Causes Severe Fatigue While On Losartan And Carvedilol?
I am on 100 mg of Losartan and 3.25 Carvedilol. I recently quit caffe due to a hiatal hernia. I have begun to feel exhausted and fatigued. I have muscle weakness and tingling. Thyroid and sugar seem to be fine. Wondering if it s to much medicine or possible side effects? Been on Losarten for years but doc doubled it when I started having heart palpitations. Which have improved mild stenosis in aortic valve. Direction?

Well the fatigue doesn't seem to he because of the medicines.
you can continue with the same medicines for your hypertension.
And add these-
- Tab. Mecobalamin + Pregablin once daily for 1 month. this will help with the tingling sensation and the nerve pain.
- Capsule B-Complex
- T. Calcium + Vit D3
