What Causes Severe Fatigue And Excessive Sleepiness?
Hi Doctor. I had a tubal ligation 8months ago and my period is late by 6weeks. I did a home pregnancy test and it was negative. I m feeling extremely tired and literally fall asleep while at work, I also feel bloated and have cravings for sour things to eat. What could this be?

Your work up done as follow.....
_serum TSH, T4 estimation to rule out thyroid issue
_CBC to rule out anemia
_overexertion history
_depression and any medication history if needed can be taken
_PS examination
If any specific cause found than treated accordingly
For example if hypothyroidism present then levothyroxine drug needs to be given for that
