What Causes Severe Fatigue And Chest Pain After A Skin Biopsy?

I have an appointment next month with my dermatologist he thinks I might have lupus he did some biopsies on my arm I had a rash the problem is that the rash is getting worse and the crème he gave doesn t seem to be working I have had a fever not too high but enough to be annoying I m fatiqued and have chest pains sometimes what should I do

Sir/ Mam as far as my knowledge there is no relation between skin biopsy and faitgue. The fatigue you are experiencing might be due low Hb level or some other causes like stress. I would like to know more about your symptoms to help you better. You should get a full blood examination done. You should take medicine
1 T. dexaorange once daily x 1 month
2. T. shelcal once daily x 1month
3. Pouch of bioD3 plus once weekly x 1 month.
4. T. Ecosprin 325mg SOS (whenever there is severe chestache)
5. T. PCM 500mg ( if fever spikes )
In terms of skin lesion could you plz repost a question explaining about it and a detailed information about the chest pain.
