What Causes Severe Fatigue Along With Headache And Dizziness?

I m a femal. Age 49. Been feeling tired no energy headache and dizzy and feeling as if I have a cold but not all symptoms just the pressure in the head and sometimes scratchy throat. The unbalanced feeling is the worst Also I have been getting internal gases and abdominal pain.

Various complaints sighted can be due to many conditions like severe anemia, undetected hypothyroidism or undetected diabetes. Considering this it is difficult to sayw hy these symptoms are being noticed. Therefore, it is better if you get following tests done : Thyroid function tests, CBC & hemogram, blod glucose test including HbA1c% and also lipid profile. If you have already done these, then let me know the results, then only I will be able to give an opinion. There is no mention of the age, weight and height so provide that info too. Thanks.
