I get lots of facial muscle cramps, especially in my lips, both upper and lower. Twitching just recently started in my left eyelid, upper usually, and on rare iccassions, my tongue will cramp a little. I get jaw cramps, I sometimes tire my jaw muscles when eating, and I haven t been getting much sleep lately. Also, when I lay on my tummy at night, my left abdominal will experience nausea and pressure in the same area. I m afraid to report this to my primary care physician at the VA, because they ll want me to take a hundred weird tests. And I m not really up,to all that. I have COPD, and extensive travel upset s me.
