What Causes Severe Eye Pain And Neck Pain During Orgasm?
my husband experienced severe eye pain, cramping to the neck and back during an orgasim. He is 61 years old. Could this be signs of a stroke? He is 6 , 220 lbs. and in good health otherwise. Not taking any meds for anything other than sleep apneia and for prostrate.

During an orgasm which is an intense sensation, the blood pressure may rise quite high and could cause the symptoms that you mention. Although it could indeed be a sign of stroke, it is more likely to be caused by the intense muscular activity combined with the blood pressure. You need not be bother about the cause at the moment. Please rush him to the hospital and get him checked up to evaluate if he is safe and hale.
