What Causes Severe Eczema Along With Abdominal Pain And Fatigue?

I have a daughter who is 20 years old and has these symptoms. She has life long multiple food allergies, moderate to severe eczema, frequent stomach aches, self-diagnosed hemorroids, excessive tiredness, a lump in her anus, severely cracked lips with cracks on the side of her mouth, and anxiety. Her younger brother was diagnosed with moderate fistulizing Crohns disease last year. My fear is that she has Crohns disease as well. She has had blood, stool and an ultra sound testing done already, but we are waiting on the results. I am also concerned about the fact the at her immune system is not working properly and wonder about seeing an immunologist. Any advice?

I am sorry to hear this.
Your daughter have multiple symptoms like skin lesions, and stomach aches, hemorroids, excessive tiredness, a lump in her anus, severely cracked lips with cracks on angle of her mouth, and anxiety.
All these symptoms are suggestive of chrons disease.
but these need to get blood workup done and to be confirmed with endoscopy and biopsy.
She may have to take high fibre diet and plenty of fluids and high protein diet.
To catch up with her blood. Her Hemoglobin (Hb) should be checked and if Hb7 she can take high iron containing food like jaggery, dates, pomegranate, figs.

Consult gastroenterologist for exact prescription.
