Having lightheaded and dizziness attacks . Months ago they were short and mild . The last few days they have intensified and last 5 to 10 seconds and are more severe . Usually they come when I am eating or just finished , especially after eating bread products . Not sure if it s serious or not but starting to worry me. Oh there is a charge ? Guess I will pay my Family Doctor later this week .
