HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the patient is on antibiotic and have diarrhea symptoms then it may be due to antibiotic induced, antibiotic disturb the intestine flora and it causes the diarrhea once the course of antibiotic overs diarrhea comes under control, it is advisable to stop antibiotic if it not much indicated, Lyophilized Lactobacillus can be used, hydration need to be taken care, hope this information helps.
