What Causes Severe Diarrhea, Abdominal Pain And Constipation?
extremely sharp pains in lower abdomen area, almost like sever cramps. Sometimes they are off to one side and sometimes they are just above pelvic area. Thought maybe gas but have tried Rolaids, tums, even baking soda in water. Have been experiencing diarrhea and constipation both a lot lately.

This could be infection either parasitic or amoebic. You should get one stool routine examination and culture done.
You should deworm yourself with Tab Bandy plus once bedtime and repeat dose after 2 weeks.
If doesn't respond, you should have tab Metronidazole 400 mg three times a day for a week.
